Sanding and refinishing old hardwood
Tired, scratched or dull oak is usually still good wood underneath. We sand the floor back, then put the new finish down coat by coat until it shines again.

New treads for the staircase
The stairs are the first thing you see from the front door. We fit hardwood treads to match the new floors, so the stairs and the rooms around them read as one floor.

When the job is bigger than the floor
Floors don’t fail on their own. Sometimes there is a leak behind them, a wall that needs fixing, or a whole room that wants redoing. Joseph takes on the home remodeling around the flooring too.
Water damage
We find the source of the leak, dry the house out with dehumidifiers, repair the walls and then install the new floors.

Painting
New floors make old walls look tired. We can paint while we are there, so the room is finished in one go.
